Product Availability

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, colors, graphics, and appearance may vary depending on device screens and photography. Availability is not guaranteed.

Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns once an order has been placed. Exchanges are accepted for store credit only under the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Items returned without prior approval may be refused.

Once inspected and approved, store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item only. Shipping and handling charges are excluded.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for:

• Original shipping charges
• Return shipping charges
• Shipping costs for replacement items

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery. We may request photographs or additional information before determining an appropriate resolution.

ChasingTory Merch™ is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, labor strikes, customs delays, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned due to incorrect shipping addresses, refused delivery, or failure to claim packages are not eligible for refunds. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
